2. Relationship Conflicts

- KM has no prior project management experience
- KM thought he would be the only manager in control ( But there is a co-manager EM)
- Kim does not like this arrangement
- Situation is comlicated because of the subordinate boss relationship pattern present in the
Korean culture.
- Working female culture, attitudes in Korea are antagonistic toward women in management
- Inadequate supervision of Andrew. He should not be a part-timer.
